Yes the pregnant lady will love it. She’ll know herself if anything feels a little strenuous or unsafe for baby but really we don’t do anything too dynamic. She needs to avoid shimmies though – these are a No No for pregnant ladies but we don’t do alot of them. As long as she’s mindful of her condition and how she’s feeling; she’ll love it. And be sure to mention it to the instructor beforehand so she can have plenty of options ready.
